Biogas plants built for your sector

Food & beverage

Convert brewery, dairy, and food-processing waste streams into biomethane, food-grade CO₂, and biofertiliser.

Municipal waste management

Turn source-separated food and green waste from municipalities into biomethane, biofertiliser, and food-grade CO₂.

Agriculture

Manure digesters for farms seeking to improve sustainability, reduce emissions, and generate renewable energy and additional revenue.

Slaughterhouses & meat processing

Turn animal by-products and FOGS into renewable energy with full sanitation and thermal pressure hydrolysis for Cat. 2 & 3 material.

Project developers

A technology partner that de-risks EPC biogas projects. From feasibility study through permitting, construction, and commissioning

Repowering existing plants

Upgrade existing anaerobic digestion installations with add-on components or full component replacement to maximise efficiency and output.

0 + households

At Stanton Recycling in Ilkeston, UK, HoSt delivered a turn-key biogas plant that digests food and green waste and upgrades the raw biogas to biomethane, raising methane content to 97%. The plant produces 4.7 million Nm3 of biomethane a year, enough to supply more than 3,800 households, injected into Cadent’s gas grid. HoSt built it on a full EPC contract on the recycling site itself, with digestate treatment and heat recovery included.
