Boiler plants of the future – why ‘only’ CO2 neutral if negative is also possible?
During the two-day conference Fachkongress Holzenergie (Wood Energy Congress) in Würzburg on 26-27 September, the topic of wood energy will extensively be discussed. Markus Alexander Schranzer and Ivan Derkink, two experts from the HoSt team, will present on the second day about the essential add-on of carbon capture systems to modern biomass & waste-fired heat and power plants. These modular technologies capture CO2 from the combustion flue gas, which provides circularity, creates additional income, and produces a sustainable product that is required in many industries.
