Deutscher Holz Kongress (DE)
Join HoSt in Stuttgart, Germany, at the Deutscher Holz Kongress on 8 – 9 November. Meet our colleague Markus Schranzer, who can tell you all you need to know about HoSt’s biomass & waste-fired heat and power plants and the add-on of our proven carbon capture technology. See you at stand P4.
HoSt’s combustion technology with carbon capture
HoSt’s biomass and waste-fired boiler plants are designed for optimal combustion with biomass & RDF/SRF feedstock, ensuring high plant availability of 8,400 hours annually. It maintains a 2-second retention time above 850°C after the last injection of combustion air for RDF/waste, minimizing emissions, and optimizing efficiency by reducing flue gas flow and stack losses.
Adding the in-house carbon capture technology of HoSt to any system with a combustion process and a flue gas will result into (bio)CO2 as valuable end-product. Next to producing this sustainable gas, which is a necessity in many industries, the technology provides circularity and creates additional income.
Deutscher Holz Kongress
As stated by the organization about the Deutscher Holz Kongress, ‘the focus of this year’s industry meeting is on the changes of our time and their effects on politics, society and the economy. With prominent guest contributions, the Deutscher Holz Kongress highlights the opportunities of this transformation process and shows how change can be shaped with wood.’ The congress will be filled with many relevant topics and our colleague Markus Schranzer can be found at stand P4.
