A biogas plant is relevant for breweries, dairies, and food processors that generate organic side streams such as unpacked food products, FOGs, and process residues. HoSt builds industrial biogas plants that digest these streams, with or without manure, into biomethane, food-grade CO2, and biofertiliser.
